By placing an order, you agree to our Terms and Conditions.

Orders

After you place your order and make the required down payment (for custom portraits), we'll start working on your portrait. We'll then send you a preview for your approval or for any changes you'd like us to make. Once you're happy with the final design, we'll print, package, and ship it to you.

The client is responsible for all shipping fees, which will be finalized and communicated to you prior to shipment.

Revisions, cancellations & refunds

For custom portraits, a non-refundable 50% down payment is required to begin your artwork. The remaining balance must be paid in full before we can deliver the final product.

Shipping costs vary based on your location and the shipping option you choose.

Pricing and fees

While we're happy to make revisions, please note that they are limited. We kindly ask that you consider our art style before placing your order and allow us room for creative interpretation. Keep in mind that revisions can increase the turnaround time.

A revision is not a complete redesign. We can make limited changes, such as adjusting colors, minor details, or placement.

Once you approve the design and it's sent for printing, no further revisions can be made.

Cancellation is only possible before printing and the 50% down payment is non-refundable (for custom portraits).

Copyright

Please make sure that any image you send us is either copyright-free or that you own the full copyright. By providing the image, you confirm that you have the right to use it. We cannot be held liable for any copyright issues that arise from printing an image you supplied.

All artwork we create remains our intellectual property and may be used for our own purposes, such as in our portfolio or for promotional materials. Clients are granted a license to use their purchased artwork for personal, non-commercial use only.
