What medium do you use?

Our artworks are digitally made and printed on canvas.

What are the modes of payment?

We accept online payment from BDO, BPI & Gcash.

Is this hand painted? What do you use?

No. We use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to achieve our unique style of art.

Shipping?

Shipping is on client's expense and we ship nationwide.

Where are you located and do you have a physical store?

We are in Cavite, Philippines and is currently home based only.

What is the lead time?

At least 7 working days. Slots are reserved on a first come first served basis.

What materials are you using for the print?

We print using a 12-color ink technology printer on premium canvas.

Do you have a prepared set of designs we can choose from?

Every design is unique however you can choose from our portfolio for inspiration.

Can humans be included in the portrait?

Yes and they will count towards the total head inclusion for each portrait.

Is the frame included in the price?

Yes, the prints are gallery-wrapped onto a wooden frame.

Is the portrait ready to hang?

Yes so you can display it immediately.

What are the advantages of canvas prints?

Canvas is durable with high resistance to wear & tear especially when used with our premium inks.

It is textured which adds richness and depth to the artwork.

Minimum glare so you can see the portraits on any lighting conditions.

Do we need to pay in full upon order confirmation?

We only request at least 50% down payment to start the design process. The remaining balance is to be collected before printing.

Can we ask for revisions?

Yes up to a certain extent. We hope you consider our art style and give us room for our creativity.
